I was planning a blog post about this.
I don’t think it’s true. But the jury is still out. Gen Z is more anxious than ever about talking to strangers in public.
I’ve talked to girls whom I’ve fucked from Tinder and they said they might not have gone out to me if I daygame approached them on the streets.
It could be that cold approach is weaker than ever.

I don’t get the sense that Daygame is worse than before (although I have no historical reference point).
Tinder is out for me because the filters generally prevent a 37 year old man dating a 21 year old girl. (I picked up a 21 year old Brazilian from Daygame and got the lay.)
The feedback from women has been positive overall. I think the Gen Z’s might just be a little immature and startled.

I have seen a little bit of success using online tools w/ younger chicks, but that may have changed over time. I will also lie about age, to the extent possible, online.
I think of online/offline as “yin” and “yang.”
It’s also evident that most guys 33 or 35+ are NOT going to get the 8s online. So it depends on what you’re looking for. A player who really wants to crack the quality threshold, has to get offline, I think.

For us mature players, the real problem may be that online dating systems tend to be extremely focused on age – with limits and filters, ranges and differences. Why? Because numbers are easy to consider when coding these systems.
Meanwhile in the real, offline world a girl is never going out thinking “now I’m going to only accept approaches from males 31-34 years old” or the like.

That is a good point, although I think lying about age online makes sense in many circumstances, too. Which may have its own problems.
